Late Planting of Small Grains

If you farm in the Upper-Midwest you're most likely still looking at fields covered in snow, frozen ground and dormant plants.  While the storm systems moving through have dropped much needed moisture (albeit in the form of snow!) we are about two weeks behind our normal crop planting schedule for the month of April.  The late spring has left many folks wondering; how late can I plant my spring small grains & forages?
Below is a helpful link that will hopefully answer some of your questions.
