New in 2008 and sold through Viking Organics is a hybrid seed treatment called NII Film Coat, a seed corn treatment with SIGNIFICANT BENEFITS for growers. It protects your corn from yield-robbing pathogens in the soil. It promotes even emergence and early season vigor, allowing for earlier cultivation because the corn gets up faster and the plant height and maturity is more uniform. It promotes higher yields due to more timely planting. The ability to get your corn in the ground earlier without damaging the stand due to soil-borne pathogens gives growers an opportunity to capture more yield potential from their corn genetics.
Albert Lea Seed and Viking Organic Seed Corn is certified organic by MCIA.
NII Film Coat contains no ingredients prohibited by the National Organic Program.

It is a dual purpose hybrid that can be chopped for silage or taken for grain with excellent yield potential under variable conditions and populations.
